Lace closure sew-in weave

Lace closure sew-in weave is a great protective hairstyle for women who are transitioning from relaxers to their natural hair, or simply for women who have kinky natural hair and want to protect it during the cold season.

Back in the day, women with full sew-in weaves with bangs had that "cone-head" look. Thank God, now we have lace closure, so we don’t ever have to see those cone heads anymore!

But lace closure comes with another sets of problems. The streets are crowded with women walking around with cloths coming out of their head, orange scalps, crusty hairlines… ugh! I have seen some nasty closure installs that got me so close to being punched in the face from staring at them in shock.

One thing to keep in mind, a lace closure sew-in only lasts a month, maximum six weeks. Once removed, make sure to wash your bundles and closure for your next install. Yes, if you had purchased your hair at RubyRuby, you’ll be able to reuse the bundles many times, and the closure up to 2-3 times.

As for your natural hair, the video below will help you make your own hair mask with natural ingredients, to deep moisturize it and also teach you how to wash your hair.
