Shipping and Returns

1. How long is shipping, processing and handling?

Processing time will take 3-5 business days for the order to be shipped out. You also have the option to pick it up. If you chose to do so, please make sure to send us an email or a text first at (514) 241-5920.

2. Can I make changes to my order?

Before placing an order, make sure the item is exactly what you intend on getting. Once the transaction is complete, the order can’t be changed or altered.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Firstly, do contact customer service at (email address) or call us at (514) 241-5920 providing us with your name, address and the card number that was used for your purchase. If the order has been shipped, unfortunately you won’t be able to cancel it, but you can always ship it back for a full refund or a credit excluding the shipping cost to you.

4. Can the order be returned?

Yes, most definitely. We offer return or exchange on unopened, unworn or unmodified products within 10 days of you receiving your order.

If you decide to return an item, please make sure to email us first at (email address). We will need the tracking number for the package. The item will be inspected just to make sure it’s still in it’s original state to make sure you are qualified for a refund. Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and reason for return!

5. When will I get the refund?

Once the item is received and passes inspection, a full refund, excluding the shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method. Please note the item has to be in its original package and the package has to be the same state you have received it in (ex. Not torn).

6. Is it possible to exchange?

Yes, you are able to make an exchange within 10 days of receiving your item. If it’s a wig, it should not be worn, the lace can’t be cut off or altered. As for hair weave, the bundle of hair must not be unwrapped, it should not be combed, no finger ran through it either or altered in any way for an exchange. If the item is not exactly the way you receive it, it will be shipped back to you.
Note: Return and exchange shipping will be at your own cost. All items will be shipped via Canada Post with a tracking number. We would recommend you do the same for all returns and exchanges, RUBYRUBY Hair will not be responsible for lost returns.
